Chiikawa Shop Yongsan is reservation-only for four days, October 22 (Thu) to 25 (Sun).
Naver Booking opens on October 19 (Mon) at 3 p.m.
If you’re bringing a child under 14, you must bring a Family Relation Certificate.
- Where: IPARK MALL Yongsan, Living Park 3F
- Only people with a Naver booking can get in
- During these days there’s no walk-in entry and no on-site waiting list at all
- Only 1 child per guardian can go in
When and where do you book?
The official notice gives two ways.
- Use the link in the profile of the Chiikawa Shop Yongsan Instagram or X account (@chiikawashop_kr)
- Search “치이카와샵 용산점” (Chiikawa Shop Yongsan) in the Naver search bar → tap the booking button
Booking opens October 19 (Mon) at 3 p.m.
You can book 1 ticket per person, only 1 time during the whole period.
Only the person who booked can go in.
The notice says you can’t bring friends or family in with you.
What are the entry times?
The shop is open 10:30~22:00.
In one line: 22 time slots a day, every 30 minutes.
| Slots | Entry time | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Slots 1~11 | 10:30 ~ 15:30 | Every 30 minutes |
| Slots 12~22 | 16:00 ~ 21:00 | Every 30 minutes |
You need to be at the designated waiting area at least 10 minutes before your slot.
That’s when they check your ID.
People go in after the check, in the order they arrived.
Depending on how busy the shop is, you might go in later than your booked time.
They said the waiting area will be announced separately on the official Instagram and X.
It hasn’t been posted yet, so check before you go.
What do I need to bring with my child?
Here’s what the official FAQ says.
- A child can go in with you, 1 child only, and only when a legal guardian made the booking.
- To prove you’re the guardian, you must bring a Family Relation Certificate (가족관계증명서).
- In this case, you can only pay for items 1 time per 1 ID.
The official notice only mentions 1 child per guardian.
It doesn’t say what happens if you have two kids, so you’ll need to confirm with the shop.
14 or older? You need a physical ID
If they’re 14 or older, they book under their own name.
They have to show their own ID.
- Only a physical ID or a mobile ID works. Photos or screenshots of an ID aren’t accepted.
- At the entrance you also have to show the Naver booking page, logged in under your own name.
- The notice says not to tap the “Used” (이용완료) button on the booking page.
If I can’t get a booking, can I just walk in?
Not on October 22~25.
The official FAQ says there’s no walk-in entry or on-site waiting list, even when people don’t show up.
Here’s what you can do instead.
Grab a cancelled slot
Naver booking page · reopens automatically when someone cancels
Any slot cancelled before its entry time can be booked again on the Naver booking page.
If you don’t see the booking window, it’s full.
They say the booking window opens again on its own when there’s a cancellation.
Go outside the booking period
After the booking period · on-site waiting list planned
They said it will switch to an on-site waiting list after October 25.
There’s also a notice saying they’ve been running an on-site waiting list since March 13.
But the details from the 26th on haven’t been posted yet, so check the official account.
Go by the 21st
Before the booking period
It’ll probably run as usual, but nothing official says so, so you’ll need to confirm.
Can I bring a stroller? Is there a purchase limit?
I couldn’t find anything about strollers or age limits.
I checked both the official X account and the IPARK MALL store page. Please confirm with the shop.
The IPARK MALL store page lists the shop’s number as 02-2012-2289.
I also couldn’t find an overall purchase limit for this period.
Here’s all I could confirm.
- When going in with a child under 14, payment is 1 time per ID
- There’s also an older notice saying the 3 hanbok mascot items are limited to 1 of each kind
Anywhere nearby to stop by with kids?
Nintendo
Living Park 3F · 10:30~22:00
Same floor as Chiikawa Shop.
LEGO Store
Living Park 6F · 10:30~20:30 (until 21:00 on Fri, Sat and public holidays)
While you wait for your slot, a quick lap around the Nintendo store on the same floor is a nice way to pass the time.
The timing should work out fine.

This is Part ①: how to book and get in.
I’ll cover the goods arriving on October 22 and their prices in Part ② (10/23).
* Just so you know, this isn’t a new shop. According to the official account, it already opened on February 27, 2026 as the first official store in Korea, and it ran on reservations for 2 weeks back then too. October 22~25 is the second reservation-only period, and the notice about the October 22 restock went up the same day (10/15).
* Based on what I checked on October 15: the Chiikawa Shop Yongsan official X account and the IPARK MALL store page. Things may change. For nearby shops, I only listed ones I confirmed on the IPARK MALL official store directory.
