Tips for visiting The Hyundai Seoul popups

  • Best times: Right after opening (10:30–11:30) and weekday afternoons (2–4 PM) are the quietest. Weekend lunch hours (12–2 PM) get crowded at both the popups and restaurants.
  • Strollers: The Hyundai Seoul is very stroller-friendly, with wide elevators and good ramp access. There’s a nursing room, diaper-changing station, and family lounge on B2.
  • Bag & luggage storage: The customer service center on B1 can hold shopping bags. For bigger luggage, coin lockers inside Yeouido Station are a convenient option beforehand.
  • Weather: Since the popups are indoors, weather isn’t a concern — but bring an umbrella if you’re also heading to Yeouido Hangang Park.
  • Meals: The Hyundai Seoul has lots of restaurants and cafés from B1 to 5F, so you can eat in the same building after the popup. Weekend lunch waits can run 30+ minutes, so use a reservation app.
  • Points: Shinsegae Points (H.Point) can be earned here. Whether popup buys qualify varies by store, so check before you pay.

The Hyundai Seoul turns over its popups faster than any other Seoul department store — new lineups roughly every two weeks, meaning the selection changes twice a month. We refresh this page every Wednesday, so check back before you go.
